Everything is good.
Staff are not personable and really just do the minimum.
Hotel was still a good experience

Oasis in central Singapore
Fantastic location 5 min walk to Boat Quay/ 10 min to China Town. Hawkers Market in complex with two levels of Asian delights, noodles, Laksa, all the good gear - servicing the financial district workers. Short walk to the Bay & favourite roof top bar, The Fortuna Bay Hotel
Almost a perfect stay, the one downside being the thin shared wall. Heard anythjng above normal talking voice (laughs). Also every time my neighbor closed their door it would shake and rattle my bed.
Good location if you need to be in the financial district. Location is excellent and easy to walk to marina bay sands and other areas. Bed was not that comfy and room felt sterile in terms of decor. But otherwise staff, pool and fitness center and access to Lau pa sat hawker center was great. So good stay overall but not the most luxe feeling but that’s ok too if you won’t in the room much. Kitchenette and fridge also good to have.
I love the simplicity of the hotel and the hospitality of the staff. However, my room had a weird moldy smell when I checked in. My mom’s room was fine tho. So I really hope that was just my bad luck. Overall, I like this place and will stay again in the future.
What there was was nice enough. Saturday 1 or 2 people at reception. BIG backlog of customers. Push button on street for taxis that NEVER came. No food but chips. Restaurants by taxi button closed on weekend. Duvets with quilt but no sheet; was way to hot in Singapore to use quilt. Clean every 3 days; ok. I guess the are trying to save money by having almost non-existent service. Not only will we not be back. But soured on Singapore.

Liked: Amenities
My room was somewhat clean, it’s kinda small. The laminate floor is a little sticky when walk bar feet. Nice refrigerator. But the worst was the SMELL. It’s awful, smell like wet carpet and rotten wood. Don’t know where it come from. The view was great. You pretty much walk to a lot of popular attractions.
nice, modern apathotel, well equipped but the room size is, as typical in this region, small; very good location at the centre, close to the main tourist places, metro and restaurants, good wifi
The only point to improve is the check-in. It took really too long more than 30 minutes of waiting in line.
Beside this, everything is impeccable. I highly recommend it.

Great Location
Very well located with excellent access to subway. Modern and comfortable facility with helpful front desk staff. Generally clean although we were surprised to find a candy wrapper under one of our pillows. Housekeeping shouldn’t have missed that and makes us question what else they might have missed.
