On the first day, the breakfast was out of cheese, omelettes, biscuits, and gravy. We waited for over 20 minutes and it was not replenished. I asked the lady and she said there was no way it could be out already. This was at 8:30 in the morning, and breakfast was supposed to go till 930. The next day I walk through and there was only two pieces of bacon left. This was at 7:30 AM.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were allowed early check in for the Bourbon and Beyond Festival. Room was clean, shower was great and the bed was comfortable. Restaurant and bar area was a plus. The breakfast was great! We would definitely stay here again.

We were disappointed by the service given the ratings and diamond distinctions. We pulled in and though there were 3 workers at the stand, we weren’t offered a cart or help with our luggage. Upon arrival, there was a wait for check-in. So my husband went to get us drinks at the bar. Service there was also slow and inattentive. It took him probably 15 minutes, though it was not very busy. Room was charming and nice, but could use some updating. Dining downstairs was enjoyable, but both days host made it seem as though we were a nuisance to seat without a reservation even though the restaurant was 1/3 full. Overall, pretty disappointing given the cost of the room rate.

Courteous staff and the room was outstanding. It was our second stay at the inn. Everything is first class. We highly recommend it.

No smart tvs in room stuck with a crappy cable package with no movie channels

No way to get hot water for tea for guests.
