Executive lounge is really nice and quiet. Pity the spread for breakfast, tea etc.very limited.

The hotel is about 10 to 15min walk from City Square and easy to get to. Initially, we did not know how to get there, so took a bus from JB Sentral, #J10 and drop about 350 meters from it. Staff guided us to go to the 3rd floor carpark and turn right towards Public Bank, City Square is just after it.

Comfortable room. Clean and sufficient amenities. However the sound proofing is not adequate as it’s rather noisy. I can hear the music from the pubs operating into the wee hours and traffic from the roads was also noisy.

Good location although it was quite hard to drive up to the 7th floor and locate where to park at the hotel. Great room service. We liked the rooms and it was convenient and accessible to Komtar jbcc. Booked the executive king rooms and we were pleasantly surprised that it came with complimentary food/wine or mini high tea set at the lounge and daily complimentary mini bar & fridge items. The breakfast buffet was good too and worth the price. Will definitely recommend :)
