Great location for a great price. The room was comfortable. The staff was helpful.

Rude front desk checking in and out. Tried to charge me for someone else's drinks, and continued to argue after I showed my receipt. Room design is clunky and could be dangerous for people who are not extra careful ie stairs INSIDE the rooms. Food was good and bar staff friendly but does not make up for the desk or lack of value here

What an amazing experience we had staying at this property. When we arrived, they upgraded our room to a suite, BEAUTIFUL one bedroom suite. We also had the opportunity to see several wildlife as we drove on to the property with our favourite being the elephants. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We highly recommend this property and will stay here when we visit Zambia again. Thank you for an EXCEPTIONAL stay!

This charming little lodge is the perfect base camp for exploring Livingstone. With accommodations for only 20 guests, it offers a peaceful, intimate atmosphere, supported by an attentive staff of 13 who are always happy to help in any way they can. The outdoor lounge area and pool are ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. While the lodge is a bit too far to comfortably walk to most attractions, arranging taxi rides was easy and hassle-free. A special thank you to Stella, Kennedy, Destiny, and Naomi for going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Livingstone

Great stay, super friendly owner of the apartment. Need to improve the stream of the water in the shower but the rest was perfect. Thank you so much, very recommended.

I booked a Family Apartment with 2 rooms with 2 beds. They gave me two separate apartments with 2 beds. I declined the second apartment because we were traveling with children. When I asked them if it would be the same price they said yes. When I asked them why I didn't get the room I booked, it was available, they said Expedia made a mistake. When I told them to give me the second room the offered at the beginning if they weren't going to give me the room I booked or a refund they said they couldn't do that either because that was a mistake also! The only mistake was booking at this place. They say they are in the heart of Livingstone, they are not. They were experiencing power outages (unavoidable in Zambia at this time) and they did have a generator that would allow you to use the basics. They did not offer a fan during the outages. They took no ownership of the booking problem. If you stay, definitely sleep under the provided mosquito nets.
