The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast in the morning had a lot of great options. We were really impressed by the housekeeping staff in the morning as each person's aid good morning and wished us a great day.

Absolutely disgusting. Ants on the floor. Crack heads. Terrorized me when I was bringing my stuff in. Sheets were not clean. Towels had stains all over them. So gross I didn’t even stay my 2nd night. I would never recommend.

The hotel called to tell us we left items in the room and could pick them up. Great!!! When we returned the clerk was rude and didn’t even want to go look in lost and found for the items. I had to insist she go look.

All in all, a typical HI Express. I do think that $185 is a bit pricey for a room without a microwave or mini fridge. Breakfast “omelettes” were like many hotel breakfasts these days, flavorless. Property was clean and well maintained. Quiet room. Just overpriced.

Awesome little cabin for our stay. The place was clean, warm, felt like home and the accommodations for pets were so thoughtful. Great parking and the restaurant next door was great. Would definitely come back again!
