We had a wonderful stay in the suite! The beautiful view, great amenities, and super comfortable bed made it a relaxing experience. We also appreciated that the hotel is dog-friendly. However, our pup found a random sock under the bed, which is why we deducted a star for cleanliness. That said, the service was excellent—Allison at the front desk was especially amazing, always welcoming us with a smile. We’d happily stay again!

It was okay

It was one night to catch a flight in the morning. The room had a funky old stall smell but you get used to it. One flight of stairs (no elevator). Not the best room but equally not the worst. For 1 night it worked for us. TV is not a smart TV so watched streaming service on our laptop. Service at checkin was great and the room was clean but very outdated. Price was right for what we got.

We love to stay here when we fly in to Victoria. The staff are wonderful and very personable. They remember us each time we visit. The breakfast is wonderful and the rooms are very comfortable. We love the rooms on the Oceanside as it is nice to have our morning tea on the deck overlooking the ocean. Thank you to all the staff that make our stay very comfortable.

We had an ocean view room on the second floor and the view was spectacular. The room was very clean and spacious. We liked the location of the hotel as there were restaurants and cafés within walking distance.
