The breakfast was very good. The Club Lounge range of cocktail needs improvement. Appreciate long island tea and bloody Mary. The room cleaning is good, but the toilet bowl has a strong unpleasant sewer smell even just after it has been cleaned. Perhaps housekeeping should use detergent with nice fragrant odour.

This was a very comfortable place to stay during our trip to Johor Bahru. The apartment was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic facilities we needed were available. What impressed us most was the customer service. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and were always willing to help. The surrounding area is convenient as well, with lots of restaurants and places to shop nearby. We had a great experience overall and would happily recommend this place to our friends.

Didn't check in as no car park provided. Reception was not helpfull to suggest how to park the car. Then decided to check in another hotel.
