Shuishiying Vacation Packages

This property is located on a dark alley without lighting at night. We saw piles of trash near the entrance. It did not feel secure. There is no front desk, and we were NOT contacted before arrival to inform us of the hours it closed. No one was there to check us in. We left and stayed at another hotel. They refused to give us even a partial refund on a 4 day stay.

Staff at front desk are very friendly and helpful. They came out to meet and greet at arrival, helped to call didi at departure.

The room is large, and clean, and equipped with all necessary appliances like washer & dryer etc. The location is great, right next to the subway, and a shopping mall with direct pathway. Staffs are friendly with prompt responses. Will come back.

We had a few family members who stayed at the same hotel, and we all agreed that this hotel was perfect for families with kids. Everything was functioning and the rooms were cleaned daily. The various breakfast options helped during our two-week stay.
