Shreveport Vacation Packages

We booked a double queen room and already paid for it. When he got there we were informed from a staff member that our room had been given away and she was advised to give us 2 single rooms with my husband and 2 boys. We ended up just piling up in one room because we wasn’t comfortable being separated from one another in case anything were to have happened. Then when we went to check out they didn’t even have us checked in to the room we stayed in. We were in room 114 they showed we were booked in room 109.

Amazing service, love the host Chef Jon. 10/10 service and met a couple who’ve chosen Jon for their stay multiple years. Easy to talk to new people, lovely rooms that give an old luxury vibe across multiple styles. The breakfast was amazing, fresh sweet blueberries with waffles and farm fresh eggs with cherry tomatoes. Overall, we’re excited to come back if only for Fairfield Manor Bed and Breakfast. The only complaint I have is against Expedia for making it more difficult for a Bed and Breakfast to contact their clients. You must call ahead to let Chef John know you’re on the way, otherwise he has no way of contacting you as Expedia doesn’t give the number or email for clients.

Slept great, and the pool was nice since it was so hot

The cabin was pretty but we had to walk up a big unleveled gravel driveway bc our vehicles wouldn’t make it up. The neighbors were kind enough to let us use some of their parking. The refrigerator was dirty, some dishes and pans were in rough shape. We scooted one bed against the wall for a kid in one room and when the bed was moved, a lot of snack wrappers were found. We also had no WiFi at all on our two night stay. From when we got there many of us had no service and came to find out no WiFi either for the weekend. No tvs working. The host was kind enough to answer my questions but we weren’t even able to get any fair accommodation figured out for all that.
