"Nice hotel near the station"
Very convenient near a family mart and seven eleven. The station is within a 5 minute walk away. Facilities are well kept, except the floor may or may not have some stains. But overall a nice place and I would stay again.

"High cost performance "
Despite locating right in front of a shopping mall and bus terminal, the hotel still keeps a room quiet. The single room has no bus tub, though it is enough equipped, meaning it has enough amenities like shampoo and conditioner, and warm toilet. The room seems to get renovated recently, each facility is clean. It was a nice staying in Shizuoka. Want to book there again.

"Awesome location"
Come out of the North side of the Shizuoka JR Station (the Parche side) and turn right. 2 minutes walk. Station itself has plenty of shops and restaurants so no need to venture far. But I found the underground heading towards north has tons of eateries too. Nice room, great service. Will definitely stay here again.

"A Super Clean Hotel with a View of Mt. Fuji"
We stayed in Hotel Nishi on our way to Tokyo. Pros: 1. This hotel is super clean. 2. The observation balcony on the fifth floor offers a good view of Mt. Fuji if weather is good. 3. We love the buffet-style breakfast. There are many choices of healthy and tasty food choices. 4. We used public bathing facilities for hot bath and loved it. Cons: The hotel room we had is small and that is quite common for many hotels in Japan.

"Nice hotel right next to the train station"
Our experience here was exceptional. The hotel location itself is very convenient, located a 5 minute walk from the train station. The entrance is located within a unique outdoor shopping mall with a ceiling. Unfortunately we arrived at 10:30 pm when everything was closed, but this would be a cool place to explore in the day. The staff of the hotel was extremely friendly and very accommodating, even though we never forewarned them of our late arrival time. Additionally they were able to recommend an excellent ramen place nearby that was still open. The room Itself was slightly larger than the average Japanese room. The double bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The next day, the staff was able to help us ship my suitcase to my boyfriend's home, as we planned to attend a concert and could not take it with us. I imagine they would be able to offer a similar service between hotels. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality, customer service, and value of this hotel, and would highly recommend it to anyone requiring a place to stay.

Shizuoka is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Shizuoka, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Shizuoka hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
