The Hotel room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious. The only drawback was that the heat didn’t seem to be working no matter how high we put the thermostat up, and our room was a bit chilly.

AC was not working. Claimed it worked the day before. Front desk even checked it out and confirmed it wasn’t working . Was given a fan but no maintenance and would not check for another room.
