Very quick (slightly early) check in. We booked 2 rooms & they were next door to each other, as requested. The rooms were beautiful. Super comfy king size beds, excellent bathrooms, and a lovely little welcome box of chocolates. Breakfast in Giardino was amazing. Great selection of foods, wonderful friendly service, and such a lovely setting. We had lunch & coffee in Mosaico. Another stunning setting in the lobby of the hotel. Food, drinks, and service were all excellent. The pool was perfect. Plenty of space, comfortable loungers, and chilled to just the right temperature in the July heat. We loved our short stay at Palazzo Versace & hope to return next year.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The experience was everything I hoped it would be. My room was clean, modern, spacious, and offered beautiful views of the water that made waking up every morning a highlight of the trip. The bed was comfortable, housekeeping did a great job, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh options to choose from each day. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The airport shuttle made getting to and from the hotel convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing from check-in to check-out. One area that could make the guest experience even better is the entertainment and activities. I understand that regional events and the ongoing conflict in the area may have affected operations, which is completely understandable. Even so, offering more on-site activities, live entertainment, cultural experiences, or organized guest events would add even more value for travelers who choose to spend time at the hotel. Overall, this was a memorable stay. Between the hospitality, the comfortable accommodations, the stunning beachfront views, and the peaceful atmosphere, I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. The experience was everything.

Great hotel, staff very welcoming

Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived, the service was truly impeccable—attentive, warm, and effortlessly professional. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. The food was equally outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with incredible flavors and beautiful presentation across all the restaurants. And I have to mention the property itself—what a masterpiece of architecture! The sweeping curves, the iconic honeycomb facade, and the way the resort seamlessly blends into the coastline are absolutely breathtaking. . The infinity pools melting into the Gulf views are pure magic. A flawless 5-star experience in every way. We can't wait to return!

The best hotel ever . On every levels

The property needs maintenance. The carpets in the hallways are stained. The ceiling in the toilet is also stained. The toilet counter is chipped. Wall paper needs to be changed as gap lines are starting to appear. This should not be the case for a 5-star hotel.
