I can show pictures of the unit that was very different than described. I paid extra for a Mountain View for 3 nights - and it was not Mountain View. We were in a different building at the bottom of the hill a 8 min freeezing cold and icy walk to the pool area.

My sister and I needed a very last minute place to stay after our VRBO rental was not what we thought. The ladies at the front desk were really nice and very help. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The only issue is the area, it’s a bit of a drive if you want to shop however, one minute up the road is Murdoch’s restaurant and they had delicious food. We ate there twice. Just make sure to make a reservation. All in all it was a nice stay and we definitely suggest staying there.

We could hear or neighbors like they were in our room. Luckily they weren't loud all night.

Our room was large and comfortable, with a large, well-supplied bathroom. The fellow at the front desk was friendly and helpful. It feels like a very nice rural country inn. There isn't a lot else there, as there aren't 24-hour onsite staff or a fitness room or many other lobby amenities. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The condo we stay at was just okay. It could be a wonderful place, as the set up for two people was good, but is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning, painting, and general repair. Almost all the lights flickered off and on. The staff were wonderful. So nice and friendly and did respond to issues that developed (no heat in condo at first), extra towels, toilet paper … truly, the nicest staff at the front desk. We appreciated them so much

Don’t ever rent at this place for the condo rentals they sent us to the wrong address, I could not get in contact with the so-called property manager for over an hour or more. We had no toilet paper, we had no hairdryer, no paper towels, we didn’t even know where the keys were or shampoo or soap. Basically this was an utter disaster. I tried to work it out with resort management and they offered certain things and I countered and I got at that point what I wanted, but it just continued to spiral downhill and then when I communicate further issues, I had to be on the phone with them, trying to explain to them what the problem was up until 11 PM at night, that night was in the 30s and they left the air conditioner on in the house didn’t warm up until after 1 AM. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a supposedly high-end resort. I’m telling you do not rent from their condo selection. It’s terrible. It’s expensive and it is just a waste of time.
