Room was nice, good size etc. Mattresses were terrible and the sheets had bleach or detergent residual on them that irritated my skin. I ultimately had to dress to eliminate the skin irritation to be able to sleep. Bad experience for the cost, or otherwise!

Place is beautiful well kept rooms are clean nice sized. My only “complaint” was hot tub area which is fabulous opens at 10am, and we were leaving that day at 9. But that was a very minor inconvenience I will be back next year for sure!

Best Western West Lebanon-Hanover Hotel
This place is a dump overall. The rooms are fine, clean enough to sleep in, but everything else needs an overhaul. The rooms are very loud and not well sound proofed. If youre just looking for a bed and a shower, this will suffice for a night, but thats about it. Wont stay here again.
