Very clean and great amenities, modern and kind staff

What we loved was that the bedroom was actually a separate room within the room with a door so that my wife could stay up later to watch TV and I could go to bed and get a good night's sleep.

My room had multiple issues...no plug for bathtub, toilet roll holder fell off wall, room temp too cold for the rainy day and unchangeable, and room phone didn't work so I had to go to the lobby to report each problem.

Room was nice, clean Staff was amazing

Room wasn’t ready at checkin but far worse- no hot water for showers and when a complaint was made staff stated they knew that room had no hot water. Double stacked parking lot system is very inconvenient if you need to leave and another guest has you parked in.
