Room was dirty, large gap under the door to see through, stains on sheets and towels, mold in the bathroom.
Left to find another hotel and contacted Hotels.com to make them aware and let them know the room was unacceptable. It took quite some time to hear back. I sent pictures of the issues. I was denied a refund on $1000 hotel stay because the hotel manager didn't agree because the staff on site wasn't complained to before leaving.
If that was the state of this room, I can't imagine any other rooms were actually well maintained, even if the issues were better hidden.
Manager offered $40 back, I believe.
