New property with great room layout with plenty of space for a couple or family. Seward was particularly warm (80) one day. Rooms should be appointed with a fan to circulate airflow, especially in the summer.

The place is new. Everything is clean and modern. Nice kitchen with refrigerator, cooking facilities, and sink although the place is one open room and a bit cramped. Our room had no bed side lamp. Nice walk in closet and bathroom with new fixtures and finishes but sliding door doubles as the closet door, sliding between the two, and does not lock. I loved the location on the access road to the park but, not far from the harbor and downtown areas.

We had an albeit short stay at this location, checking in quite late and leaving at normal checkout time but we did enjoy how the interior of the space was set up. It was very clean and beautifully put together. We would definitely stay here again and experience a full day and night at the location. Thanks again!!

No lamps in hotel room - only overhead light For one of the two buildings, parking is limited to one side of the building. Gravel parking lot will damage roller wheels on suitcases. Lastly, the edge of the bed had not been properly cleaned. There was dust and debris under the edges of bed.

New, which was nice. Could not read the room numbers without practically going to the doors one by one. The windows opened out which made it difficult to walk by because they were in the walkway. The room layout was awkward but complete. An overhead fan would be nice. A bit loud when wedding venue is being used.

My wife and I really enjoyed the property. One issue that we had is that they did not provide transportation to the town like other resorts/lodges did. If they fix that, easily 5 stars. If you have your own car, easily a great place to stay. The walk to town is just too far.

Property is away from downtown so you need a vehicle of some type. Beautiful view…nice room…contactless transaction, so that is a little off putting if you need to speak to someone. We had no issues, except for parking on a night when they had a wedding reception at the adjacent event center…was also a little loud that evening. All in all I would stay again and would recommend it !

Very simple property still being built out. Rooms are not ideally laid out. Bed is by bathroom door and you wake up bedmate when going to bathroom. No plugs near bead for cpap or phones.
