Everything was great. Only complaint I would have would be the bathroom. Kinda dim, not good water pressure, and the sink is outside the bathroom next to the beds. Personal preference

Very poorly insulated for noise. Try to get an upstairs room because otherwise you will hear every footstep, door opening, toilet flush, etc. it is loud! Rooms need modernization. Location is amazing.

Skip and book a national chain. You’ll be happier

It’s mediocre at best. There is ZERO coffee for the morning without walking (and likely) driving due to distance to the main lobby to PAY $5 for a 16oz drip coffee. Skip this place and book a standard hotel with amenities.

Loved this property! It has a great lodge too. Heck I’m with coffee bar and store. The entire property is very nice and feels like your in the middle of the woods. The cabins are spread out in the property and each have 6 rooms. They have a guest shuttle to take you downtown ( about 7 minute drive ) and other stops. Highly recommend!

We left a small bag of souvenirs in the shuttle at the train station. They were found and mailed to us but we were charged for the inconvenience in addition to the postage. I am not sure if this is customary but the charge seemed unreasonable given the amount of money spent on the room and at the restaurant.

Wonderful!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was as described and extremely clean. The lobby was beautiful with a cozy fireplace for the chilly/cloudy day I arrived. My only regret was that I only needed to stay one night. If I go back to Seward, I will definitely be booking it here again.
