The shuttle driver picked us up at the train station, handled our bags and was a great guy. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful.
The older part was originally a bordello.

Really nice place, the only thing I’d say is some of the rooms have a shared shower/bathroom. I don’t feel it was clear enough at time of booking. Even so, it’s clean nice and well maintained so I’m still happy with the stay.

Enjoyed our stay except for the location. Wasn't as close to downtown as we thought. Breakfast was not included or on site. Staff was very accomodating, friendly and professional.

Lol I mean a shared bathroom.is a shared bathroom and it felt a little spendy for that, but it was peak season and this location could not be beat and the older part of the hotel where we stayed was super comfortable and delivered on expectations. Would come back!

The location was nice downtown. The older part of the hotel is where I stayed, which was not nice. I guess they don’t believe in elevators on that part of the hotel so we stayed on the first floor back towards an alley. You could hear all the noise what’s going on in the alley. I have to say the customer service was OK. It was good. There was no connection for a phone, but they had a phone there, but it wasn’t connected onto the wall. The room could’ve been a lot cleaner and around the building was kind of a mess. You too, where we stayed and noisy.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Seward. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful and the restaurant on site was absolutely delicious. It was in a perfect area of town and we were able to walk all over. Would absolutely stay here again.
