Clean and quiet room, great bed

Fantastic property with superb attention to detail! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are well-cared for and happy. Kennedy and her team even left many goodies and bevvies in our room as a surprise when we returned from our evening out! We were shocked and I even teared up, I felt so special! We will be lifelong customers for sure!

The property was beautiful. Everything was well thought out and the beds/furniture were comfortable and cozy. The room construction was solid as we hardly heard any noise from others around us. However with that our phones did not work in our room and the wifi was not working. That made working from the room challenging.

The hotel front desk and concierge were friendly and the Henley had good food. The hotel room was aesthetically pleasing and the roof top pool was a decent size.

Great Stay!

While the hotel has a unique style and a nice atmosphere, our stay was disappointing overall. The rooms were quite small, especially for the price. One of the elevators was out of service during our stay, which meant long waits. We were also told by staff that the restaurant was open, but after making our way there, we found it was actually closed. That was frustrating, especially after planning around it. Complementary coffee station on our floor was also broken. The location is convenient if you want to be close to the action, but it was much noisier than we expected. Between the small rooms, service miscommunication, and the noise, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
