It was an enjoyable experience overall, but we asked for an extra towel and they said it would be 25 euros!! Craziness. There were other reviews about the reticence on towels - it seems like an easy thing to fix for guest satisfaction, not sure why they’re so stingy about this! Lockers were great (though, wished they were included with the price), and I also loved the automated way to unlock the front door, room, and lockers via an app. The cleanliness of the property left a bit to be desired.

We extended our stay in Seville and found this diamond of a property. Two bedrooms/2 baths full kitchen and a combo washer and dryer next to a park, church and in the heart of Seville. It was so convenient. And reasonable priced. We paid somewhere else for 3 days prior to this place and paid significantly less for two nights here. Honestly, it was a great value, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms.

Location was great and walkable to area sites. Amenities were decent but only two coffee pods provided and no complimentary laundry detergent but we purchased more. A few like 4 would have been nice for our 4 days. The 2nd story apartment faced the street which had pro & cons. Nice views and people watching but noisy street traffic and ringing church bells throughout the morning. Bathroom was dark but made due with natural sunlight in living area. One bad thing was a terrible sewer smell in kitchen and common reception area. We noticed after using our washer in our room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all.

Very difficult to register online with all passport photos etc..the site is not user friendly and very slow and archaic. Took me several attempts over two days then sent a email confirmation to see if done right and received. No response. I also called several times and the person that answered wasn’t helpful. Would not release code to enter building until check in time of 3 pm even though we arrived in Sevilla at 1:30. Didn’t get code until 4pm as they said still cleaning. Not very organized. Would NOT stay here again

We had a great private terrance, however it was simply too hot to enjoy it. Sevilla had extremely hot weather dueing our short stay. Bed was very comfortable and the personnel was very quick to come repair a broken kitchen cabinet door.

We arrived early around 1 pm, asked for early check-in and the receptionist told us we can as soon as cleaning the unit is completed. There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. It is close to Santa Justa train station (15 minutes walk). All tourist spots are within the walking distance. Our unit was ground level and it was a bit noisy in the morning. Bathroom was spacious and clean, I highly recommend slow suites Sevilla.

Parking was a bit challenging because the parking lot they recommended was full, but we waited for a spot. We ended up parking on the fifth level which wasn’t covered, but that was OK. At least we got in and it was only a two minute walk to the hotel
