I like the vibe of the hotel. The owner Tsovinar ( I hope typed her name right))) is very helpful and she makes your stay the way more comfortable. My next trip to Yerevan will definitely include another stay at this wonderful hotel.

Hotel was in great location in walking distance to all the sites and great restaurants. Modern and spacious room and bathrooms. Breakfast was sufficient but “taste” could be improved.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. We stayed here for one night during our two-day trip to Yerevan and were very happy with our experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Staff were brilliant. Super helpful and friendly. They organised an airport transfer for me on my last day (albeit very expensive) When my first room was so far away from the WiFi that there was no signal they moved me to another room. The WiFi was still not super reliable either. I did pay for an Ararat mountain view from my room. However after the move, I'm pretty sure I was in a standard one. No reimbursement for a cheaper room was offered. The bed was firm but comfortable. The room had Aircon and a mini bar. I just put my own stuff in there to keep it refrigerated. Annoyingly, the showerhead pings up if you put the shower on full power (This happened in both rooms I was in) So not a bad stay overall, just a bit of an inconvenience at times. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent too and the views from the room terrace were great. That is when Mount Ararat isn't behind a haze. As I said, the staff were exceptional and did everything they could to make my stay a good one.

It was a great stay and a very nice hotel. Just too much checking; for example, to go to the pool, you have to pass through so many closed doors with a special bracelet.
