Wowwwwww!!!!!!! The staff. The attention. The rooms were so comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean. Amazing breakfast. No pressure from the staff. You can continue your breakfast even after 10:30am. Love that!!! Amazing location. 9mine from airport. The staff(everyone of them) are always smiling. Very natural. The rooftop is wow!!!! Infinity pool with a view!!! And cherry on top….is their Spa Facility. Talk about Turkish bath, Salt Bath, Sauna, Indoor pool with jets. All of that included with no extra charge. New hotel in Palma, everything was great. Staff, breakfast, rooftop pool and the rooftop bar - 10/10.

The Donna Portals was the best place for us to have picked for our honeymoon. This property is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and in the perfect location. We loved our room, the amenities, the stunning beach and all the wonderful hotel staff. Everything was extremely well maintained and service was great! Book this hotel I promise you will not regret it!

It was a nice place to stay that was close to the things we wanted to see. The old city, the historic areas, the waterfront.
