The rooms are nice, and feel modern. The only complaint I have with the rooms is the buttons are all at the front door of the room, but this is a minor complaint. The breakfast is decent, with a large variety of cuisine to match your cravings, and the quality of the food is great, however beware of the food containing nuts or allergens, as I had an allergic reaction to one of the foods because it wasn’t clearly stated that there were peanuts in one of the items. The buggy service between the airport and the hotel is a nice add-on and a good excuse to wake up a little later for your early flight, but at the airport, there is no clear waiting area for the buggy aside from a bell on the wall to signal the buggy. The location of the hotel relative to Central KL is a big issue however, it can take up to an hour or so to travel, and that is without any traffic issues and the numerous number of toll gates that you need to pass. Overall, not bad.

Stayed five nights on transit before our flight back to the States last month. This is our fourth stay here. As Platinum member with Hotel.com, our basic room was upgraded to Premier Room for the duration of our stay. The complimentary cocktail hours in the evening were awesome. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip.

Great location as we have an early flight to catch. Airport is literally within 10 mins walk with covered walkway. We had lots of bags so opted for a buggy ride that was complimentary. It is comfortable and clean. We were not offered any VIP perks and because we were there for about 12 hours we didn’t ask. Would have been nice to be recognised as VIP, even a welcome drink would be appreciated.

We used this as a stopover between flights and it served our purpose perfectly. There was a great vibe in the hotel with live music and lots of dining options. The swimming pool was lovely and we ordered food to have by the pool. The only downside was the room said it accommodated 3 people but there were 2 single beds. We made it work for one night.

Convenient overnighter

The property is conveniently adjacent to the Arrivals area, from where you are driven by a a golf cart. Rooms are spacious, very comfortable with black-out curtains and noise-suppressing windows. Lastly, Ms. Jega, at the restaurant recommended the fish-n-chips dinner as an option to the buffet at Sama Sama and it was excellent. Thank you!
