Great location and walking distance to subway stations. The room felt a little dated as the carpet was lifting in multiple places in the hotel room. However, can be overlooked with great service and location.

I got to the hotel at around 10.00 and was told that check in didn’t start until 15.00. It was lashing rain so I was not going out side, I was tired from a journey of over 24 hours and the lobby had a cold draught of air when the front door was opened.

“Great Stay, but Noise Issue Needs Attention”

There was a family with kids in the room above mine, and the children were making noise, running, and bumping around until 1–2 AM. I asked the hotel staff to address it, but it didn’t help, so I didn’t get a good night’s sleep. My suggestion is for the hotel to include a note about noise levels to help prevent this kind of issue. Aside from this, the staff were very friendly, and I had a great stay as usual.
