I really liked my stay at L7 Gangnam and I really enjoyed how comfortable my hotel room was. It has a modern experience that made it feel fancier than some of the other hotels that I’ve stayed at. The hotel bed was nice and it was convenient to turn off the lights and draw the curtains while also being able to block out outside light in the evening.

The service was top-notch—staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. Whether it was check-in, housekeeping, or just holding the door or calling the elevator, everything ran smoothly. The location was a plus. It provided easy access to the metro right outside the door, and great coffee, confidence, and dining options nearby on foot.

This was a complete surprise find. Excellent property. Neat, clean, modern fittings (boutique hotel vibe), very thoughtful with amenities and the rooms are reaosnably spacious and well designed. Airport limo bus stop is literally right outside the hotel If possible, I would always prefer to stay here.

Great service and location

Great stay but bathroom cleaning and room cleaning was not as thorough as it was before. Location and service was excellent. Front desk staff are very helpful and courteous. Driving into the parking lot is quite a challenge because the drive way is so narrow. Large sedans or SUVs will have a hard time going down the path. Breakdast buffet is so so. Subpar really, compared to Shilla Stay Breakfast buffet.
