Avoid booking at L7 GANGNAM by LOTTE – Terrible customer service I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and made the reservation at the same time as a friend. While they helped my friend and changed his reservation without any issues, they refused to help me and charged me for the entire stay. Their customer service was completely unhelpful and inconsiderate. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
