Hotel was clean but a bit dated. Some of power plugs in the room were not working and bidet did not work on the morning of the last day, just before checking out.

i've stayed at hotel manu twice now, once before and once after covid, and have loved it both times! SO close to seoul station and the walk to and from is so easy! also close to myeongdong shopping street and namsan tower! such a cozy hotel with the loveliest reception staff and cleaners.

The room was small and clean. The dining area was small, clean and cozy. The staff were polite and friendly. The girls at the front desk were easy to communicate and gave us nice directions. It only took a few minutes to walk to Seoul Station. Good location.

Excellent service and location

Due to a flight delay, there was a chance of missing check in by 1.30am. After informing the hotel, they were very accommodating to wait for us and we were able to check in just before 2am without issue. There is also a linkway bridge from the hotel to Seoul station so location is great.

Perfect location and excellent hotel and staff. Many great food options nearby, and the hotel has a wonderful craft beer pub with about two dozen local beers to choose from. The train station is a 10 minute walk away, and the metro is even closer. You can explore the whole city from here and never have to hail a taxi or Uber. I would choose this place every time I came to Seoul. It was that special. Breakfast was a set menu, but slightly different every day. Quality of the food was excellent.

The rooms were very tired looking and the beds appeared to be so old as there was no cushioning which meant sleeping on them were difficult. The air-conditioning didn’t work which made the rooms very hot. Asked for a late checkout of 4 hours which we were happy to pay and were told that wasn’t possible so ended up paying 260000 won for another night. Good location close to train station but would recommend going alittle further.

Overall we had a very good stay. The room we got was spacious and the beds were good size and comfortable. We did not have any issues at all. Liked the complimentary free daily water bottles. The downstairs beer restaurant was a nice way to end a long day walking.

Restaurant and bar on site is very positive. It is clean. Breakfast hour starts at 7:30 a.m. is late for travelers. Hotel counter service closed from 2 a.m. to 7 a.m. is not nice. There is only one option on the breakfast menu. AC unit only uses Korean language for its function buttons. It is not very international tourust friendly. Mattres quality is not too good.
