Cons: The shower head was moldy, which I unfortunately noticed only after using it. There was no service recovery offered—just an apology. Noise can be an issue, so request a higher floor or a room away from the road. We were informed that all suites face the road. Pros: Excellent location—just a short walk to Myeongdong market street! Reception staff were warm and welcoming, with fluent English. Special mention to the lovely lady who checked us in on May 7th around noon—she was fantastic! The suite was a good size, well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the in-room water dispenser was a great touch. Not sure if we’ll return due to the issues we encountered, but we’ll keep this place in mind for the future.

Great location, 1 min from Myeongong shopping street. Shinsegae, L Avenue and Lotte Dept store are across the street. bus stops outside the hotel, airport bus 6015 stops at Ibis hotel and is about 3-4 walk to Aloft. Front desk staff friendly; called a taxi for us to the airport, always greeted with a smile. Our room was spacious, opened 2 large suitcase without a problem and still had plenty of space to move around. Shower water pressure was a bit weak. Housekeeping did a good job although, it would be great if they can close the doors quietly while they are cleaning in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel in the BEST location in Seoul. It’s right across from two department stores and next to Myeongdong. Lovely service and very responsive to any issues. I’ve stayed here two years in a row and will definitely be back again. Thank you!

I normally do not give review. But I had to for this one. Do not want anyone to miss out of the amazing experience I’ve had with the place. We went stay here as a family of 4. The place and the staffs is amazing. Great room space and shower! It’s so close to everything. You have eating strips on all corners of this hotel. The night market is right behind the hotel. High end shopping is across the street. Strongly recommend for family with young kids. So convenient.

Amazing time. For me location of a hotel is key when discovering a city and a lot was perfectly located. I love walking to discover a new place and a Loft is right inn the middle. Also at night you have this amazing street food market and I went there often. The rooms are super comfy and clean. Gym was perfect for couple of days. Staff was super nice too

The staff clearly made the difference. I stayed twice at the same hotel in a week for over five days and they were amazing. Because I had a gao between both of my reservations - they accepted holding one of my luggage’s as I was away for a week. Superb thing to do. They were kind, nice, helpful. Definitely would get back to stay there.

The Aloft Hotel in Myeongdong was centrally located, had clean rooms, lovely service from the staff, and great complimentary products. The popcorn by the elevators was such a fun touch! We also really loved the breakfast, especially the pho bar and the fun croissant/waffles.
