I’m very disappointed about the fact that the hotel does not have the courtesy to provide 1 or 2 hr of late check-out : They charge ¥1,000/hr/person!!! If it’s a weekend, i can understand, but it’s a quiet Monday! I’ve been to dozens of hotels in Japan and worldwide, first time I encountered this. Of course, they’re not ethically wrong or anything; but as a service provider, i will not choose or recommend to anyone.

部屋がとても臭かった。 チェックインですごい時間がかかったのに、渡されたカードキーで言われた部屋を開けようとしたら開かず。 開かないと確認したら部屋が違うと言われた。 言われた部屋にいきカードキーをかざしたら開いたが、開いたら部屋に人がいた。 お互いにびっくりし、申し訳ありません。と謝りまた、フロントへ行きました。 最初に案内された部屋であっていたようですが、カードキーを間違えていたようです。 中に知らない人がいたから開けてすぐわかったが、誰も居なかったら部屋の中まで入っていたかもしれません。チェックインだけで何往復もしました。間違えないでください。部屋番号とカードキー。
