Had the pleasure of staying at the TS suites in Seminyak for our 3rd wedding anniversary. Nothing was too much for the staff on hand. Lovely people , great food and rooms , fantastic facilities , close to shopping area and only 10 min walk to the beach bars and fantastic restaurants !!! Highly recommended.

The room was beautiful and clean with a large bed. Modern fitout and well maintained. Minibar was restocked daily with 2 waters and 4 cool drinks. Great wifi speed and staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast daily was great quality and had a good variety of options. We will definitely stay here again.

a hotel that is trying to be 5 stars thus not worth more than a 4 star. The quality of the food and coffee for breakfast is appalling , more related to a 3 star hotel. The massages offered are low quality as the staff is not trained.

Whilst the staff were amazing - literally 10 stars!! There were a few things I didn’t rate. For me personally the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. I’m a fussy eater but I like healthy food. There were not a lot of options. All cereals were sugary (cornflakes, coco pops). Fruit selection was sparse. Often plates were not replenished. Fresh juices were great but stung you an extra $8 inc taxes. Tea was awful - no teabags to make your own wonderful brew but a coffee like kettle with hot water and tea bags and more often than not no tea cups? I ended up buying my own Vegemite and cheese t take to breakfast. Have had a lot better buffets in previous hotels. Shower was great! Pool was fab. No sun umbrellas by the pool beds though which I found really disappointing. Plenty of sun in the shade on the sofas though. Gym was basic but good. Albeit a bit hot - but that’s Bali. It was very clean though. Wardrobe was in the bathroom. No doors and take your own hangers. No space to hang any long dresses. Sliding doors to balcony had no lock. Not the best location for dining but great for shopping and super close to bintang supermarket. The hairdresser at the hotel was wonderful. Not cheap but well worth the experience ( head and neck massage to die for).

They said we had a 16:00 check out when we checked then changed their mind sent me a text to get out by 14:00 Then she said sorry, after I had already planned the day out, very annoying. Asked for ice they charged me for it. Mini Bar 2 bottle of coke, w x juices and 2 water. No chips, chocolate, cookies. I Don’t drink soft drink. Everything else was ok. Staff were pleasant

Great staff and the property is well cared for. The infinity pool, spa & bar is open till 1am which is awesome. Some signs of age showing in certain areas of the property - like the bathtubs.
