Great villas

Perfect locations, we stayed in a one bedroom villas and it was clean, spacious and had everything you required. Pool was fantastic and hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants and also clise proximity to beach. Most staff we encounted like Alit and Dayu at the spa were very friendly and had great customer service. Breakfast we felt was a hit and miss and could be better.

Wonderful villas in great location

Convenient location, friendly staff and spacious and clean villas. Beautiful pool and great location. The housekee team and ladies edpecially Dayu at the spa have been 10 out of 10. We only found that breakfast was a bit of a letdown.

I want to stay that the staff were lovely and the location was good. However despite the fact we were upgraded to their most prestigious room with no prompt to do so. We did unfortunately find the room to be a bit on the dirty side of things and the room resort itself looks like it could do with a little bit of maintenance and repair to a lot of areas. These are not great concerns but when paying Seminyak prices for accommodation and drinks/food I would have liked to have seen these things a bit more tended too. Over all it is a nice place to stay with good proximity to beaches bars ect and lovely hospitable staff, just caught a bit shy of the extra stars.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa for 4 nights. The rooms were huge and very well kept. We had our own small pools, which we hardly used, as there were 2 beautiful, huge pools in The Haven's hotel compound. The buffet breakfast was of a good selection, and powered us for the day. My only 2 grouses were that the rooms were a little dark at night, and can do with more lighting, and that the main locks to the gate of the villas can be a little tricky to turn. The front counter staff are wonderful. Special shout out to front Guest Service Manager, Mr I Ketut Adhi, who went the extra mile to make our stay a comfortable, and wonderful one. Thank you to all of you at The Haven.

This wasn't a nice hotel. In the morning I woke up and first I saw a cockroach running over the floor close to my bed. The restaurant was terrible. I ordered a chicken burger. I have never eaten a so bad burger and the breakfast wasn't special but very expensive. Take an other stay

The property is clean but requires some maintenance. The kids enjoyed the pool area. However, I found the room service menu and spa services ridiculously expensive, especially considering you can find excellent food and spa treatments just steps outside the resort in Seminyak for less than half the price. I may consider returning primarily for the location and the cleanliness of the property.

Great Service

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. They security Team is great. My phone was stolen in Atlas beach club and the security worked with the police all might to help find my phone . The service team are very nice and helpful .
