The front desk on arriving was not super friendly, probably because we had two service dogs with us. They tried to charge us for the service dogs, though that is both against Hotels.com policy and Italian law. The room was OK, large, with a nice balcony. The shower, though, had mold on the showerhead nozzles. Breakfast was OK, but limited selection, and again originally an issue with the service dogs being allowed with us into the restaurant. They want us to sit outside! Fortunately, the manager/owner intervened and our service dogs and we were seated. The private beach is across the street, but easily walkable, and the dogs had a great time running on the sand. If you do NOT have a SERVICE dog, you’ll probably be treated well (or, better than we were).

Very clean, grounds are very nice, servers for breakfast very good. The hotel decor is outdated. For such a beautiful resort, they could use some improvements: poor wifi in room, improve room AC, pool was not available because of parties, no towels available for beach, parking could be improved for hotel guests especially when parties take over parking lot.

Amazing place , the garden area is beautiful. Is peaceful and quite. Beautiful SPA recently open , is like paradise ! The pool area is great with beautiful view and amazing sunset 🌅. Personnel very kind and helpful , they even allowed me to do a late checkout at no cost . Breakfast , lunch and dinner are top !! Delicious local food and some international food also . The only negative for me was the bed 🛌, too hard and difficult to sleep. Overall Highly recommend .

Best modern resort in Calabria. A little expensive but worth it. Great place to relax.

Great little place to stay for a couple of nights

We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has many great facilities, especially the spa and gym, which were a real bonus. Our child absolutely loved the nursery, and there was a great selection of activities to keep them entertained. The lunch and dinner buffets were very good, with plenty of choice. However, after a longer stay, we felt the menus became quite repetitive. It would be nice to see a little more variety throughout the week, both at breakfast and during lunch and dinner. One suggestion would be to serve breakfast until 10:30am. On several mornings, food started being cleared away before 10:00am, which felt a little rushed. As the hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere, it would be nice if breakfast service reflected that and remained fully available until the advertised finishing time. Our room wasn’t one of the newer refurbished rooms, as none were available to book, which was understandable. However, the shower was a real disappointment. The water temperature constantly changed from freezing cold to boiling hot without anyone touching the controls, making it very difficult to shower comfortably, especially with a child. We reported this and requested that a plumber look at it. Although we were told someone had attended, unfortunately nothing seemed to have changed and the problem continued for the rest of our stay. Beautiful and clean property. We only stayed one night in during off season, so we couldn't enjoy the pool or the beach access, but we'll definitely return in the summer to do so! Dinner at the restaurant was excellent.
