I had accidentally double booked this property. I spoke with the hotel, they said I had to speak with Expedia. I did speak with Expedia and 3 days later they sent a message saying they couldn't contact anyone, so I was stuck paying for both rooms. In my mind this is absolutely ridiculous. I can call that hotel anytime and get ahold of someone. I am still going to continue to fight for this refund as everyone makes mistakes. But Expedia's lack of any real assistance has shown me I will no longer use Expedia for ANY type of reservation.

King “Suite” is not as advertised. There is only a select number of split room king suites and more 1 room suites. Air conditioner was so loud that it woke us up every time it turned on and there was no way to control temperature or fan. Staff had no answers on what to do or options to switch. Hotel is fine if you’re in a pinch and need a room coming from the airport, but if you’re planning a trip, I’d avoid.

The hotel was good, but it needs some bedroom improvements. Breakfast was great!

The hotel is exceptionally maintained and for anyone looking for a beautiful historic hotel, this is it!

Excellent place to stay. Walking distance to everything in Argenta. The room was very comfortable.

Checked in and went to the room easily. Downside, the towels in the room had small hairs (like from shaving) in several. Easily got new ones from the front desk. Went to lay down before bed and noticed a trash bag was covering the smoke detector. Notified front desk and got it removed. Breakfast was decently varied and the coffee was fresh even at almost 9am. Staff was very helpful and nice, unfortunate about the linens and smoke detector.

The front desk guy was extremely nice and welcoming. When we go to the to the room there were only 3 wash rags and no other towels. I was going to dry my hands on one of them and when I picked it up it looked like someone had shaved and left a bunch of little hairs on the rag. It was folded and soap was in a box on top of it. There was also only a half roll of toilet paper. We went to the front desk and asked for towels and toilet paper and the guy was very accommodating. The couch was also very stained up. Other than those things it is in a great location near restaurants and shopping and the neighborhood felt safe.
