People who work there are very good. A bit understaffed and they work their butt off. Started with lack of available parking. Then accosted by horrible and strong Indian food smell on our floor. The fold out bed had dirty sheets and was not made. Not enough towels in the room. No soap. Perhaps just over booked. I’ve stayed here before and it was fine. The people are great.

Helpful and pleasant staff at the front desk and servicing the breakfast bar. The thin woman with red hair who maintained the dining area was amazing - in constant motion replenishing the food, wiping tables and offering friendly greetings to the visitors. She would be a bargain at twice the price.

We had a comfortable stay. Right after I checked out, my car wouldn’t start. The concierge called the maintenance man (Jaime) to help me. Jaime went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my car running again. He was so kind.

Hotel in very poor condition. Room dirty and worn out. Many things broken, elevator broken, toilet broken, swimming pool broken, fitness room broken. Rude welcome by an employee who clearly does not like his job.

Avoid like the plague!

Absolutely disgusting, stains on the mattresses, floors, walls and couch cushions. Found a bedbug in the pull out bed. Boogers wiped on the walls in the bathroom. The cushions and headboard were cut and torn up. Just all around foul. Pulled my family out of the room and had to get another hotel down the road. Steer clear until they make major improvements on their cleanliness and furniture.

It’s was an experience

Arrive to a hotel lobby, which was filled with a family reunion. There was out of control children that were the jumping on furniture, music blasting, screaming you couldn’t even hear the person at the front desk. The one elevator was down then we witnessed people using the hot tub that weren’t even registered at the hotel.
