Extremely clean. Very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. This was my first time in a Hilton Spark hotel, and I was very impressed. Excellent value. Forgot to say…. Very dog friendly, too.

The staff was very helpful. Our handicap accessible bathroom was very large and had a multitude of hand rails. The tub was provided with a seat and a hand held shower. We were pleased with the experience. We had a little trouble locating the property after dark since the sign was not easily seen.

It was clean, quiet and friendly staff. It was 2 minutes away from the casino whose rooms cost 4 times as much. The breakfast was sparse. Will definitely stay again.

The manager treated guest with respect and professionalism. The facilities were spotless and the breakfast employee always went beyond the call of duty when requested with a smile despite several mishaps from children present. Housekeeping staff dedicated to supplying a quality stay. Dog and pet friendly which is a plus for people that consider their pets as family. What I didn't like - There should be a sign for gratuities for the breakfast host. She works hard notice is deserved and recognized as I observed not a one person even gave a gracious thank you to this person. Housekeeping traditionally receives some tipping from those that care so should the hostess. Only bad thing was the hard boiled eggs could not be peeled without eating shells . We tried four eggs to no avail and notified manager who took the time to answer our text and welcome us by text as well. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone wanting a class stay. Pool was nicely heated and the warm Jacuzzi was a plus. Thank you for a great stay and our dog thanks you as well for allowing him to be present

Very nice hotel; great customer service at the front desk. Only knock - poor "hot" breakfast. Nothing like eggs, sausage, etc, so settled for half a bagel and a bowl of cold cereal. That was a letdown after an overall nice visit.
