The lack of adequate soundproofing and the flimsy door separating my room from the adjacent one necessitated a room change, because every word of the neighboring guests and their television was audible. The "healthy breakfast" that was advertised consisted of a few heavily processed muffins or pastries, some prepackaged stuff, and only one kind of fruit (green apples). Overall, the choices were meager, unappetizing, and a far cry from breakfast offerings I've had during comparable stays. Parts of the hotel appeared to be in disrepair or in need of upgrades. This establishment appears to have cut corners to optimize traffic and spend as little as possible on general amenities, wholesome meals, and and basic hospitality. Disappointing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend! My stay at the Quality Inn was excellent. The check-in process was fast and easy. There is a sign that explains if you pay with a debit card or prepaid credit card, a $250 incidental hold will be charged (and later returned). I paid with a credit card and was not charged any additional fees. Breakfast was simple but nice — muffins, waffles, and coffee — very American. The front desk also has a convenient refrigerator stocked with water and drinks. Staff at the front desk were professional and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also great, surrounded by all the stores you could need. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff was very good but the room could have been cleaner. I sat on the toilet when I arrived and counted 8 hairs on the bathroom floor and side of the tub. The floor corners were missed. The bed was hard and the pillows flat. The Perkins Restaurant next door was a good value and had decent food. Parking was good.

Receptionist was very helpful and the room was comfortable, but there were very few breakfast options. One garbage can in the room had not been emptied, but it was pushed way back under bath counter and may have just been missed.

place was great for the price. Didn't think the free breakfast was great at all. no eggs, bacon or sausage. toaster didn't work and neither did the microwave or pancake maker work. just coffee, juice cereal, apple and yogurt.

Not worth the money that I paid to stay at this place. It was under construction. They gave me a room that had already had some construction done to it. The wallpaper was pealing off, the toilet was broken, the bathroom was dirty and the shower didn’t drain.

Wonderful Wilkes Barre stay

Room clean perfect water temperature for showers plenty of towels friendly staff too. I’m sorry but I believe this is the BEST motel I’ve stayed at in Wilkes Barre and will return here from now on. Perkins next door and walkable to Wawa
