Beds were comfy, pool area was lovely, was very quiet and relaxing

It turns out, this is a welfare hotel! 95 or more per cent of the residents live there! The desk is barely manned. The furniture in the rooms have been thru a war! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

Hot water broken. Closet doors didn’t open and close. Changed rooms. Also has similar problem. Jacuzzi tub wouldn’t fill properly. No drain plugs. Hallway carpets dirty. Desk table in room wobbly , severely. Sofa bed dirty, no sheets , and cushions didn’t fit right ….we had already changed rooms. This was the new room. Parking a disaster, garage not connected internally. Fifty percent of staff excellent , first percent either ride or disinterested in customer service. NEVER staying there again. Literally a shoot out on the streets on 4th of July.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. We had to wait 4 hour for a room. No one knew what they were doing. And it was disgusting
