Hotel was clean and had nice facilities. The room was a little dusty but otherwise clean and no major issues! Pool was cold (but refreshing)!

I expected something more than what was offered. The room was mediocre. The Hyatt has a name that says fancy but it was standard.

The hotel cancelled the reservation and never told me. We drove miles off our route to discover we had nowhere to sleep. We are seniors and one is disabled. The manager could not care less. Spun some story about the help having gained to show while checking in two church buses. Obvious lie.

Room was nice and comfy. Breakfast- missing forks, napkins, orange juice was empty and then it didn’t work. Person then fixed it. It would have been nice if everything was prepared and ready beforehand.

The staff was extremely friendly and catered to any needs we had. One person working the desk went above and beyond for us but I didn't catch her name. The hotel definitely needs a lot of updates. The bath tub was leaking in the room I stayed in. The rooms were just outdated in general.

We were very dissatisfied with our room. It would have been fine for one person, but even after 55 years of marriage, we like to have some privacy while using the toilet and shower. I would suggest that you remove the huge bathtub in Loft 215 and enclose the area where the toilet and shower are. Also, the shower had no shelf for shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. There was also no coffee pot in our room. I could understand this if the hotel provided coffee elsewhere in the hotel. A very helpful real person named David provided us with coffee supplies and even a little table to put it on. Again, if the bathtub was removed there would be room for a coffee station. Finally, the doorknob was falling off the door to the balcony, which was really dirty.
