We enjoyed our stay at Sorell Hotel Arabelle Bern in July 2026. The hotel is located conveniently near public transportation (2 minute walk to bus stop for a quick 5 minute ride to Bern Train Station) and close to local shops/cafes. The room size was adequate and clean and the hotel provided a floor fan to help with the high temps (we were there during a heat wave) since there is no A/C in the rooms. The continental breakfast was delicious and fresh and all hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The check in process was a bit cumbersome/tedious, we arrived at 16.30 and self check in begins at 16.00 but otherwise everything was great. I would recommend a stay at Sorell Hotel Arabelle Bern.

Hotel is in a good location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but all provided with easy access in the hotel. Bed was comfortable.

Room wasn’t clean at all even after house keeping. Floors were dirty. Staff was friendly. Room was ok bed was uncomfortable, the water temperature in the shower unpredictable you set it at a certain temperature, it will go cold then hot and then your temperature you set it at and repeat. I would not pay the price I paid to stay here again.

Nice hotel, good location. Friend staff. OK / average room! No free parking as previously promised. Breakfast is less than basic.

Excellent hotel in a residential safe neighborhood. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Host is amazing and guided us for local information. Breakfast was great with fresh fruits included. Tram station next to it was convenient.
