Big room with a fan and aircon and cleaned daily. Room also had a window opening onto a great view; and an even better view from the terrace! Staff were super helpful and answered my (many) questions, although not sure whether they speak English. The only downside is no restaurant for breakfast, but there are some great places around, so it’s not really an issue. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This property it’s the ultimate encounter between you and nature ! The view was exceptional food was great. The place is awesome the staff was wonderful ! Again this is away from the town and transportation was limited . So if you looking for night life this is not the place for you to stay.. I will say some areas do need maintenance like the spa and jacuzzi areas.

Hotel Tepeu was amazing 10/10 for sure. When we arrived to Flores, the staff were very kind. Our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator but staff members carried our luggage up for us. That was really nice of them. It's an example of the incredible service the staff at Tepeu are all about. All the workers were excellent in their treatment towards us. The room itself was great and the AC kept us cool. It's really hot and humid in Flores so that was a plus. Additionally, the pool was perfect for us. We were traveling with 2 year old and the pool had a shallow area specifically for kids like him to also enjoy. We were so grateful of how thoughtful the design was for the pool. Like other reviews mentioned, one of the best features TEPEU had was it's restaurant. The food was delicious! You might have to wait a little bit since the staff take your order and cook the food themselves but the wait is definitely worth it. Their menu had so many options and everything we tried was fresh and delicious.
