Great breakfast. Helpful staff.

This was an amazing place, incredible views and super friendly staff. My wishlist for making it better would only be air conditioning, maybe more loungers at pool. You need to be aware of how long it can take you to get down to como but it’s an amazing place.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. However, property was under construction and lots of noise and dust were around. Internet in our room was a problem as well

The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous from check in to mid trip unexpected requests and finally check out. The professionalism and courtesy was impressive. That at the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also very well served with several options. Highly recommend this place and would return.

My wife flew in late and need to store bags in our room. Staff made a fuss about needing her passport to go upto our room. While they were probably technically correct, it was unnecessarily rule bound for a simple activitity. Seemed like a take it or leave it altitude, rather than being helpful to guests.
