Very well situated. Staff in front desk, shuttle drivers and other staff were very helpful. A very useful feature - guests could ask the shuttle to drop off them at places of interest e.g. restaurants etc. and be picked up later. A good place to stay.

Stayed: June 20, 2025 Our experience at Park Town Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in poor condition—hairs on the bedding, worn-out furniture, and a dark, dingy carpet that made the space feel unclean and unwelcoming. It was honestly difficult to get through the night. We were so uncomfortable that we woke up early just to check out and leave as soon as possible. It felt like we were completely taken advantage of, especially considering the cost of the stay. Absolutely not recommended. Stay away. There are much better options

Price was good but they did not make up the room after our first night. They did not refill coffee/ towels. The rooms were not very clean. The room wasn’t ready when we were sent to it. Maintenance was replacing the fridge and the heat did not work. The pool and hot tub were under renovation and we were not told till a couple hours before we could cancel.

Our original booking was for the "West Wing", but we were "upgraded" to the original building at check-in. However, the "upgraded" room turned out to be on a floor that was undergoing renovation and it was rather noisy during the day as well as rather dusty overall.

The hotel is located near the University Bridge and the parklands along the S Saskatchewan River. Ideal for a stroll after dinner at their Four Seasons restaurant. Beware of the mosquitoes! Our room was spacious, but we were surprised at how high the mattresses were. It was hard for short people to climb up at bedtime.

I really like that the room was completely renovated. I also like the 8$ breakfast voucher, the classic breakfast is 16$ so with the voucher you paid only 8$ and you have two eggs, hashbrown, sausage bacon or ham with some greens and a tomatoes. I also like that there is security 24/7 outside the hotel and in the parking lot. Check in was also great, efficient and the staff polite

under Renovations

we were not advised of repairs being done therefore there was no gym to use and the pool and hot tub were closed. our room was not ready upon arrival - resulting in almost an hour delay. TV kept buffering so we couldn’t watch TV. our room was newly renovated but upon showering, the bathroom floor was completely wet. The only real highlight was that it was quiet.
