The hotel is relatively new, but is filthy. The pool has a great waterside, but is not clean: there was a grime line on the tiles along the water line, mildew in all of the grout, and the water was cloudy and needed to be changed. The hot tub water was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. The waterside stairs were grimy, and the glass was filthy. All of the air vents had dust hanging out of them. The common areas were not better, and needed a good clean. The room was ok. The bathroom was clean, but someone had spilled a coffee over the mattress and wall that was not cleaned up. The carpet was filthy to the point that we wanted to wear shoes in the room. Overall, a relatively new facility that is filthy and needs a good clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The bed was not comfortable. The quality of the bedding and the quality of the towels was poor. When I asked to have the room made up, they ended up dumping towels and sheets on the floor outside my room. The room was clean and lovely to look at. The bed, linens and towels were definitely not acceptable. When they made up my room, they took away the extra blanket that I had requested. I won’t return. There are better hotels to stay at.

The unique thing about this hotel was that they had a day spa attached to it. The thing I didn’t like about this hotel was the fact that the day spa wasn’t open while I was there.

Clean room, decent breakfast, within walking distance of several places for meals. My only gripe would be that the room I had did not include a fridge with freezer, just a fridge, but that unfortunately seems to be true for most of the places I find myself staying the last couple of years. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.
