The hotel was easy access for my appts. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It had a coffee pot , microwave and a refrigerator. Everything I needed.I felt extremely safe staying by myself.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. I will definitely stay here again. Oh did I mention that I booked the room through Expedia!!! Great price for the room.

Didn’t like the service. Not friendly. They don’t acknowledged /greet customer. Wondering if you get help or not almost walked out! Especially when there’s two employees in front and only two guests/customer and they let you wait. Two of them helping one guest not sure if they could not find her booking or something. But still they need to acknowledge guest and one of them just looked at you funny and pretending doing something!!! Front desk need more training. Definitely not checking in there again even if it’s a reasonable price. Or I guess you get what you pay for! Please be friendly or

Found bed bugs on my pillow and sheets. They moved me to a different room and comped me a breakfast for moving me. I am covered in bites and have photos and pictures of the bed bugs but received an email from them taking zero accountability for having bed bugs.

we spent a week visiting family. The Heritage Inn was perfectly located and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were large and comfortable, the staff was helpful and the dining room offered a great breakfast.
