とにかく朝食がよいです！野菜が新鮮でキレイに盛り付けられています。サラダだけでも何種類もあり、手作りで提供しているそうです。飲み物、スイーツも複数置いてあり、迷います。お肉や魚料理も美味しかったです。ご飯はないですが、フォーやパンで満足でした。

割りと値段はいいのに、パジャマが無かったり歯ブラシが無かったりした。 サウナが、気になっていたけど宿泊してもしなくても同じ値段で高くて。 試合の無い日なら球場のお風呂がおすすめです。

隣の壁が薄く物音が大きく聞こえる 内線電話機自体が無い 部屋の操作がわからずでしたが12時近くても部屋まで来ていただき調べていただき無事解決してくれました 駅前で立地は良いのでエスコンフィールド使うには便利な場所です

駅直結の利便がなければもう泊まらない。エレベーターが少なく遅い、チェックインも分かりにくく時間がかかる。スタッフの対応も悪く、オペレーションも悪い。朝食のレストランも大混雑、スタッフの対応も悪い。値段が高くてバスタブもないベットの横に洗面、トイレの奥にシャワー。構造が変。

新しいホテルですし、清潔で、スタッフも若く丁寧で、本当は5星をつけたいのですが、改善していただきたい点があり、今後の希望をこめて星3です。 1.朝食レストランに入るのに40分待ちました。→あれだけスマホやルームキーチェックインシステムを整えているのなら、朝食の時間帯も事前予約させて待ち時間を減らすように調整した方がいいですね 2.公式サイトに、歯ブラシ、パジャマがない、 と明確に書かれていたので、持参しました。 しかし、実際はあったので、事実をサイトに明記しま方が親切だおもいます。 3.レストランでコーヒー豆が切れコーヒーが出てきませんでした。在庫管理をした方がいいですね。

日ハム対西武戦の観戦目的でしたので交通の便が最高に良い、戻り時間が遅くなったのですが入口も分かり易くてホッとしました。 ただ到着して事前チェックインしたのにも関わらずカードキーの作成で忘れられてしまって、気付いたら自分達だけ残されてたのが寂しかったです。。他は満足でした！
