The e staff was very helpful the area is not so much especially during the weekend because everything is closed around the hotell and on weekdays is too much traffic

Péssimo atendimento por parte da Recpcao! Demora no checkin absurda ! Sendo q não tinha ninguém pra atender ! Me deixaram sem água para beber ,pq simplesmente não aceitam pagamento em cartão ou pix ! A água só poderia ser paga em dinheiro! Nunca vi esse tudo de atendimento em nenhum hotel ! Péssimo mesmo Não pretendo voltar !

BOA ESCOLHA PARA QUEM VAI NO BRÁS

Fomos para conhecer a famosa "feirinha da madrugada" e nesse ponto o Hotel atende muito bem. Achei bem organizado, porém com uma estrutura(de quarto)razoável. Não tivemos nenhum problema, achamos bem seguro. O café da manhã é bom. Uma excelente escolha para quem vai fazer compras no Brás.
