Minha única reclamação. Fiquei no quarto 869 que fica próximo a uma porta de vidro de onde vem um barulho irritante que acaba atrapalhando o sono. Minha principal reclamação: No Brasil nós somos 16 milhões de diabéticos e o Slaviero Downtown insiste em só apresentar CUSCUZ DOCE. Quando vocês começarão a apresentar a versão salgada?

Razoável

O hotel em si não é luxuoso , não gostei do colchão da cama muito duro . O café da manhã tem variedades mas como sou intolerante não pude comer mas gostei muito porque si preocuparam em fazer outras opções para mim , gostei também do suco de laranja com cenoura bem saudável poderiam colocar mais alimentos saudáveis , senti falta de uma sanduicheira para aquecer o pão .. A academia tem uns aparelhos um pouco velhos .

Bom custo benefício. Bom café da manhã. Equipe eficiente e prestativa. Quarto confortável e silencioso. Muito perto do metrô república e pontos de ônibus; e de supemercados, bares e restaurantes. Região central, que requer cuidados típicos da cidade de São Paulo, mas está bem melhor que anos anteriores.

O hotel é muito bom . Pessoal atencioso . Fiquei em duvidas em relação a Localização , mas a região esta muito bem policiada , dando a sensação de segurança. Café da manha bom. ùnica observação é o vazamento na descarga do banheiro.

O hotel tem um bom servico, com check in e out rapidos, apto confortavel, com bons lencois e travesseiros; cafe da manha bom, porem nao serve sucos naturaos; bem localizado e bem cuidado, infelizmente o fato de ser clientw antigo da rede nao pesou em nada e houve intransigencia com desculpa pifia de nao oferecer late check out, nem de uma a duas horas; nenhuma gentileza
