A mixed experience.

Key thing for this hotel is to check your room before you move in. My first room on level 3 was so noisy due to the poor windows. After a few days they moved me to level 8 which was much better for noise - but had a missing bathroom window so a bit of a worry re mossies. Clean & breakfast was good, but there was no tea/coffee facilities, and no hot water in the basin. I also was charged for drinking some of the bottled water in the fridge (as it was the ONLY thing there I presumed it was free just in case the tap water wasn't great!)

Razoável

O custo-benefício é hotel, mas as acomodações são bem antigas, o banheiro tem pouco espaço entre o vaso sanitário e o box (então pessoas muito grandes vão ter dificuldade de se encaixar) e o chuveiro não esquenta direito e não é muito forte. O quarto também estava um pouco mofado. Os pontos positivos é a localização e o café da manhã que é bom, apesar das poucas opções.

recepção ruim e cheiro de mofo.

Reservei no Hotel.com a categoria standard triplo como estávamos em três pessoas queríamos uma cama para cada um... chagando no hotel nos colocaram em outro quarto que não era compatível pelo que eu reservei... tivemos que discutir com o recepcionista para trocar de quarto, além do quarto cheirava a mofo...os funcionários do café da manhã não são nada simpáticos com os hóspedes... mas a comida estava boa e pelo preço bem variada..

Muito ruim. Apesar de ser de uma rede excelente, aparentemente as instalações estão abandonadas. No quarto que fiquei a torneira do banheiro e a descarga estavam quebradas. A limpeza do banheiro, péssima, lençóis rasgados e colchões velhos, afundam quando deitamos. O café é razoável, mas deixei o meu pão esquentando na misteira e uma funcionaria abriu e deixou aberto com meu pão dentro...falta de higiene e respeito. A localização é boa para quem quer fazer compras, e o melhor de tudo do hotel é o funcionário da recepção do período da noite, se não me engano é Tiago. Super atencioso, educado e alegre...bem diferente dos outros. Para esse funcionário daria todas as estrelas do aplicativo.

Pra ser ruim, tem que melhorar muito!

Cheguei no quarto e haviam restos de comida no frigobar, reclamei na recepção e não só fui ignorado, com questionado cinicamente se o quarto estava sujo, eu respondi que havia lixo na geladeira, e o recepcionista insistiu em sua cínica retórica: o quarto está sujo? Eu desisti e sai para jantar. Retornei ao quarto e a TV não pegava nada, me senti na década de 1970... Reparei que a antena (interna) de TV estava quebrada... No dia seguinte, passei na recepção e narrei o fato, pedi para que mandassem alguém da manutenção, para trocar a antena, o o recepcionista anotou o quarto (401) e a reclamação. Retornei a noite e nada havia sido feito! Na manhã seguinte, não tinha água quente, o que me obrigou a tomar banho frio... Desci para o café, e ouvi uma pessoa reclamando da falta de água quente; tomei o café, retornei ao quarto e sem seguida saí, na saída, reclamei da falta de água quente, o o recepcionista se fingiu de surpreso, dizendo: Sério, vou chamar a manutenção... Eu olhei bem pra cara do rapaz e perguntei, só eu reclamei, e ele disse que sim... A noite, passei no mercado em frente ao hotel e comprei uma sobremesa láctea, passei na recepção e pedi uma colher, a recepcionista disse que não tinha e me dê um garfo e faça descartáveis, eu pedi para que ela pegasse na cozinha, mas ele se negou... Ah, já estava esquecendo, o acento do vaso sanitário do meu quarto estava trincado, e dependendo do modo que se senta, ele "belisca" a nádega, também reclamei... Nada aconteceu!
