This hot, el was my go to property on our visits to Sao Paulo (normally about once a month). Unfortunately the hotel has been getting from bad to worse. Now they only clean the rooms once every three days. Any additional cleaning before the three days is subject to a charge. The hotel may be under construction as for the second time , I woke up and there was no running water. Out of three elevators one is out of order and another one has a dirty construction cover. At least three times I had to go back down to get my card keys reprogrammed as they stopped working. Very inconvenient as sometimes trying to go down to the first floor took a while due to the heavy use of the elevators. Due to the age of the hotel, they do not have the luxury of cleaning the rooms every three days. Breakfast buffet is great and very complete. Cleaning ladies are very friendly. I sincerely hope they get better as the hotel is centrally located close to restaurants and transportation.

O hotel geral precisa de mais cuidado. Mas principalmente o quarto onde fiquei tinha um cheiro de mofo forte. Eu que não tenho alergias só dormi pois o cansaço venceu. Mas meu nariz chegava arder com o cheiro. Quase tudo velho, enferrujado, lodo, mofo e mal cuidado. O secador é tao antigo que precisava esperar ele resfriar pra continuar secando. No final so tirei o excesso do molhado pois depois de esperar 6x o secador esfriar me ganhou no cansaço. Enfim, pessimo mesmo!

Quarto não tem boa estrutura. O banheiro tem um chuveiro em cima de uma banheira em desuso o que da trabalho para usar. A limpeza em geral deixa a desejar. Os quartos e corredor tem cheiro desagradável. O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom e o café da manhã é bom, embora tenha encontrado presudo em decomposição. A Localização também é muito boa. Quanto ao preço é acessível.

Infelizmente, a experiência foi muito negativa. O quarto tinha um cheiro desagradável de mofo e a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. As instalações precisam de manutenção urgente, especialmente as torneiras, que vazavam o tempo todo. Precisei pedir um cobertor na portaria, mas o estado da peça era tão ruim que atacou minha rinite instantaneamente. Como se não bastasse, passei o sábado convivendo com barulho de obra (marteladas e furadeiras) em um quarto vizinho. Não fui avisado sobre a reforma, o que considero uma falta de respeito e um descumprimento das normas de silêncio da cidade.
