Hi there, I stayed in this hotel under Bourbon management many times since 2011. Under Wyndham management, it's definetely going down..! From the housekeeping to the restaurant, as well as reception, the rooms and the other stuff, the hotel is certainly going down I have to say. The location is perfect but this convenience is NOT saving the day anymore. Thank you. Mujdat Sudutemiz.

I liked the hotel very much. Parking was convenient and easy, nearby Shopping Ibirapuera, where there is a money exchange shop on the third floor. The hotel is very close to the subway station, that is very convenient if you need to go to the city center or Avenida Paulista. The staff was very cordial and attentive. I liked watching the planes passing by, and the noise doesn’t bother me at all, however, if it is an issue for some guests, the noise stops during the night. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, either in the mall or on the streets nearby, and you can eat a variety of cuisines like, German, Japanese, Lebanese, Italian and of course Brazilian.
Breakfast had many options, including hot ones, and lots of fruits.

Breakfast super busy with same options daily nothing good. The bathroom in my room was nasty. Private part hair in the wall my whole stay. So grows as well long women's hair. Sink clogged. Just nasty. Hallways smells like mold. The carpet is probably 20 years old. Door card stoped working at least 6 times during my 8 days stay.
