The hotel is very good, amenities, and food also very good. The weak point is customer service and maintenance. It took 24 hrs for maintenance to respond to a request for an AC problem. When I was at the front desk complaining another 2 families also had complaints ( one of them with little kid)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was also great and very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
